THE SELLING PROCESS

I'll guide you through the selling process by starting with a walk through of your home to evaluate the interior and exterior condition. By having my General Contractor's license, I will asses and call in my preferred subcontractors to make necessary repairs prior to listing. I will give advice as to what will make your home stand out against the competition and together as a team we will get it ready for pictures, videos and aerial photos. I have many different options and top of the line advertising materials including booklets, flyers, postcards and brochures; as well as listing it as a "coming soon" and sending a mass email to all local agents. An Open House will showcase your home in the first week of being on the market and we will greatly appreciate feedback to see if we need to make any other changes before receiving an offer.  You are my priority and I will be there every step of the way.
